We can’t wait for all our guests to meet up at the resort building, it’s multi-purpose but in general this is our resort restaurant , bar and pool area.
The main building has 4 key areas:
1. Main restaurant.
2. Sunset deck which overlooks the ocean/beach.
3. Bar in the center.
4. Pool deck.
5. In addition, we are offering in-villa dining or room service as well as in villa chef service
The food is considered modern Caribbean. A blend of the freshest local foods with a modern take on traditional and contemporary Dominican and Caribbean dishes.
We have access to our own private garden with vegetables, fruits and herbs. Local fish of all kinds, grass-fed beef and artisanal cheeses, Poultry, goat and local specialties.
The whale bar is a showcase of the world’s best Rum, wine and cocktails.
We have a wine cave for guests to view as well as cigar lockers for Dominicans finest.
The pool deck is for food and drink service by the residence pool area only. This service will be limited to morning and afternoon.
The whale tower is also a great specialty item. Climb to the top and view the best view of the Ocean and watch whales or the sunset.
