All is well and blue skies at Luperon Ocean Estates development site. Our team was on site for meetings and planning the pending construction. We took the opportunity to shoot some drone footage of the property on a blue bird day in Luperon. The weather has been mild and a bit of rain in the area for January and February but typically 80 degrees most days. On our way to the site we saw first hand the vast amount of road construction in the area. From the highway that connects Santiago to Puerto plata, to route 30 that connects Luperon to Puerto plata which is fully upgraded and the eastern side of the Maimon Costal highway that is getting much wider and fully upgraded.
